The Chorale operates with an Artistic Director (Mr. Boyles) and an elected board of officers who give direction concerning financial and organizational issues.

Each year there are openings for interested members who are gifted in specific areas such as President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Section Leaders, Publicity, Librarians, Dress Coordination, Hospitality and others.
